Geoff has been brilliant. He has sorted our Shark upright which is like new again. 
A very knowledgeable guy and he explained the problem - basically a blocked filter which I didn't even know existed.
Very good value and I was so impressed with his speed and service, I've given him 2 Dyson's to service/clean. Probably more unknown filters.
